Employment Assistance

 We are able to offer one to one counselling for your employees, work related or personal problems if
 they are affecting work related performance.
 Research shows that 3 - 4 % of staff will refer to a counselling service and each member of staff will use
6 - 10 sessions. These figures enable employers to assess the cost of such a service.
 We also offer psychometric testing i.e. ability, personality and Emotional Intelligence testing.
Consultations are also available in relationship to bullying, harassment and conflict within teams.
 We do not tie employers into contracts. Our services are offered to you and your employees on an as
required basis.
